Marketing claims only work when the underlying record is honest. JourneySpark is designed so the proof you share reflects what clients actually reported — with consent, disclosure, and clear boundaries around what the platform is and is not.
Clients choose what can be shared and how they are identified — private, first name only, or full name. Nothing publishes without that choice, and they can change or withdraw consent at any time. If consent is revoked, published assets come down automatically.
Slider scores and narrative quotes come from the client, in their own words. JourneySpark does not collect diagnoses, medications, lab values, or clinical measurements. Published outcomes are labeled as self-reported experience — not medical evidence.
A transformation story that only shows the good weeks is not believable. The full journey — including dips — is what makes the improvement credible. Coaches choose what to publish; the platform does not smooth over difficult data.
Case studies, testimonial cards, and the live results page carry required language: individual results vary; self-reported experience; not medical advice. Coaches cannot remove those disclosures from platform-generated marketing assets.
JourneySpark is built for coaching engagement — how clients feel, what they did, what they wrote. It is not a HIPAA-covered clinical records system. Coaches remain responsible for clinical documentation in their appropriate practice systems.
The goal is simple: when a prospect asks "does this work?" you can show them another client's journey — in that client's words — without overstating what the data means.
